Delivery & Shipping

For standard delivery within Australia we use our courier service and for all other deliveries we use DHL. All orders are dispatched within three to five business days then shipped. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We offer free shipping on all purchases $100 and over, including sale product. This applies to standard domestic shipping only and is not in conjunction with any other offer.

Our shipping charges and delivery time frames post-dispatch are detailed below. Please be advised that during a sale or peak period your order may not be dispatched for 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Shipping Costs

Australia:

Orders over $100

  • Free shipping within Australia.

Orders under $100:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 5 days - $10.95
  • Express shipping: 1 to 2 days -$14.95

New Zealand:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 10 days - $10.95
  • Express shipping: 2 to 4 days - $34.95

Rest of World:

  • Express registered shipping: 3 to 7 days - $39.95

If your parcel cannot be delivered our courier service will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery at your convenience. For international deliveries we will provide a tracking number so that you know where your parcel is at all times. Important Notice:

Customs and Import Duty Charges effective from 11.59pm AEST on Saturday 12 November 2011.

Please note customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination (delivery) country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges, we cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unforeseen charges.

Florence Broadhurst, made under license by Barcs Australia, is not liable for any delays experienced or failure to deliver the parcel if you enter an incorrect address during checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch, however Florence Broadhurst and Barcs Australia cannot be held accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period. Please note there will be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address.
