Florence Broadhurst Accessories are made under license by Barcs Australia. We have been producing jewellery since 1948 and have the extensive product knowledge which only comes with over 65 years of experience. Long hours of detailed labour by experts and technically advanced manufacturing processes ensure a consistently high standard of quality across all of our products. 

Free Returns Policy (Australia only)

Shopping with Florence Broadhurst Accessories online is easy and risk free. All full priced items ordered can be returned free within our 30 day change of mind period. New shipping charges will be applicable for exchanges under $100. Please note earrings cannot be returned for change of mind due to health regulations.

All of our accessories are handmade from the highest quality materials including 14K gold plating, brass, mother-of-pearl, leather, wood and resin. Metal jewellery is triple plated and nickel free. We stand by the high quality of our manufacturing standards. If any sort of defect of manufacture should occur (failure of hardware, components or workmanship), please kindly contact our customer service team and we will endeavour to assist you accordingly.

Refund and Exchange Conditions

Florence Broadhurst Accessories will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. We will offer an exchange or refund on full price items only within 30 days of ship date on your tax invoice.
  2. You must provide ‘proof of purchase’, being a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
  3. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/PayPal used to make the original purchase.
  4. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by us, however please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
  5. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  6. Due to health regulations earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
  7. Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return.
  8. We cannot guarantee availability of exchange items and will offer a refund if the product is no longer available.
  9. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns Process

Our online store accepts returns for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return your item/s to our online store please email customer service at with your original order reference number. Our customer service team will respond to you within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA).

For returns within Australia only, please forward your product return with your RA number to the below pre-paid address.

Australian returns

Domestic returns can be sent back with your Returns Authorisation number using the following Reply Paid address:
